The installation process is straightforward and will involve drilling a small hole to bring the fibre cable into your home and connecting our router next to the nearest socket. Here’s a simple installation guide so you (and your landlord if you have one) know what to expect. We’ll then get you up and running, clear up and be on our way.

There are many different things to consider when trying to choose the correct broadband package for your home. The most important things to keep in mind are the speed, usage and the cost of the package. 

As a general rule we’d recommend:

• 0-30mb (1-2 per household)
• 30-60mb (3+ users per household)
• 60-100mb (serious streaming household)
• 100mb or higher (working with large files and downloads)

Standard ‘Fibre’, or ‘fibre-to-cabinet’ broadband, describes a connection where the fibre cables only go as far as the nearest street cabinet. The final part from the cabinet to your home uses older telephone network copper cables which are slow and inefficient. The further your house is from the cabinet, the slower it gets.

‘Full Fibre’, or ‘fibre-to-home’ broadband, only uses the fibre optic cables, which are more efficient than slower copper cables. There is no copper anywhere in our network - resulting in speeds of up to 1GB, which is up to 13x faster than the UK’s average download speed.

Home and HomePro October Promotion Terms and Conditions 

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern this Home and HomePro October Promotion (the “Promotion”). 

1. Definitions 

• “Eligible Customers”: means to benefit from this Promotion, you must be a new residential G.Network customer, and subject to the Terms set out below. 
• “Eligible Products”:  means the product(s) listed in section 2 below, which qualify for the Promotion. 
• “Minimum Term”: means a minimum contract term as applicable to the Eligible Products.  
•  “Promotion Period”: means 01 October 2026 to 31 October 2026.

1. The Promotion 

Eligible Customers who purchase an Eligible Product from the G.Network website or from G.Network for the applicable Minimum Term (as specified below) during the Promotion Period will be eligible for the following promotional offers, subject to the Terms herein:  

• Home for a 24-month minimum term: 

          a. Minimum Term: 24 months.
          b. Promotional price of £14.50/month for 1 month from connection, then £29.00/month for the remaining 23 months. From month 25 your price will move to the applicable out of contract monthly price. A one-off connection charge of £29.00 will apply. 

• Home for a 12-month minimum term: 

          a. Minimum Term: 12 months.
          b. Promotional price of £17.50/month for 1 months from connection, then £35.00/month for the remaining 11 months. From month 13 your price will move to the applicable monthly out of contract price. A one-off connection charge of £29.00 will apply. 

• HomePro1 for a 24-month minimum term: 

          a. Minimum Term: 24 months.
          b. Promotional price of £19.50/month for 3 months from connection, then £39.00/month for the remaining 21 months. From month 25 your price will move to the applicable monthly out of contract price. A one-off connection charge of £19.00 will apply. 

• HomePro1 for a 12-month minimum term: 

          a. Minimum Term: 12 months.
          b. Promotional price of £22.50/month for 1 months from connection, then £45.00/month for the remaining 11 months. From month 13 your price will move to the applicable monthly out of contract price. A one-off connection charge of £19.00 will apply. 

• HomePro3 for a 24-month minimum term: 

          a. Minimum Term: 24 months.
          b. Promotional price of £29.50/month for 3 months from connection, then £59.00/month for the remaining 21 months. From month 25 your price will move to the applicable monthly out of contract price. A Free Connection Charge will apply. 

• HomePro3 for a 12-month minimum term: 

          a. Minimum Term: 12 months.
          b. Promotional price of £34.50/month for 1 months from connection, then £69.00/month for the remaining 11 months. From month 13 your price will move to the applicable monthly out of contract price. A Free Connection Charge will apply. 

      3. Exclusions 

• This Promotion does not apply to any business product. 
• This Promotion does not apply to existing customers or customers renewing their contracts. 

      4. Other important terms 

• The 90-day Broadband Satisfaction Guarantee is applicable to this Promotion on 24 and 12 month contracts only. 
• This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, additional discount or promotion. 
• G.Network reserves the right to withdraw this Promotion at any time. 
• These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.  
• All G.Network services are provided subject to the G.Network’s Residential Terms and Conditions for the supply of services, as is available on our website.  
• Your personal data will be processed in accordance with G.Network’s Privacy Notice, as is available on our website.
