Switcher Deals Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern these Residential Switcher Deals (the “Promotion”).

1. Definitions

  • a. “Eligible Customers”: means that to be eligible to claim the Promotion, you must be a new residential G.Network customer.
  • b. “Eligible Product(s)”: means the products listed in section 2 below, which qualify for the Promotion.
  • c. “Minimum Term”: means a minimum contract term as applicable to the Eligible Product(s).
  • d. “Promotion Period”: means 12 February 2025 to 31 March 2025.

2. The Promotion

Eligible Customers who purchase an Eligible Product from the G.Network website or from G.Network for the applicable Minimum Term (as specified below) during the Promotion Period will be eligible for the following promotional offers, subject to the Terms herein:

2.1 Residential Full Fibre Ultrafast 300 Mb

  • a) For a Minimum Term of 24 months, the promotional price of £22.00/month will apply for the full Minimum Term from installation. This promotional price will no longer apply from month 25 onwards.
  • b) For a Minimum Term of 12 months, the promotional price of £28.00/month will apply for the full Minimum Term from installation. This promotional price will no longer apply from month 13 onwards.

2.2 Residential Full Fibre Gigafast 1 Gb

  • c) For a Minimum Term of 24 months, the promotional price of £28.00/month will apply for the full Minimum Term from installation. This promotional price will no longer apply from month 25 onwards.
  • d) For a Minimum Term of 12 months, the promotional price of £34.00/month will apply for the full Minimum Term from installation. This promotional price will no longer apply from month 13 onwards.

2.3 Residential Full Fibre Gigafast Extra 1Gb

  • e) For a Minimum Term of 24 months, the promotional price of £39.00/month will apply for the full Minimum Term from installation. This promotional price will no longer apply from month 25 onwards.
  • f) For a Minimum Term of 12 months, the promotional price of £45.00/month will apply for the full Minimum Term from installation. This promotional price will no longer apply from month 13 onwards.

3. Exclusions

This Promotion does not apply to: 

  • a. Any business product; and
  • b. Any 1 month contract term.

4. Other important terms

  • a. The 3-month satisfaction guarantee applies to this Promotion.
  • b. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, additional discount or promotion, except for Eligible Products purchased for a Minimum Term of 24 months which can be used in conjunction with the Buyout Payment Offer.   • c. G.Network reserves the right to withdraw this Promotion at any time.
  • d. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction. 
  • e. All G.Network services are provided subject to G.Network’s Residential Terms and Conditions for the supply of services, as is available on our website.
  • f. Your personal data will be processed in accordance with G.Network’s Privacy Notice, as is available on our website.
