So what’s led to G.Network having a 4.8* Trustpilot – amongst the highest in the industry?

We think it’s down to a few different things.

We don't like to boast, but our network is pretty special. It has been built over the last ten years, and we've constructed it so that it leads right up to our customers' premises. That means, when it comes to connect them, it's usually quick and easy to do so. And we're continuing to invest millions in our connectivity, so that you get first-class, reliable connectivity, day and night.

The network is one thing; our people are another. We train our engineers in small things like arriving on time, finding solutions when an installation isn’t straightforward, and keeping you informed. In short, we want them to take pride in doing a good job, and overwhelmingly, we think they do.

Once you're onboard, we want to make dealing with us as straightforward as possible. That’s why we’ve invested in our UK call centres, and we're always looking at ways our teams can offer better support to you.

Of course, things can sometimes go wrong, and that’s where the teams come in. We’ve heard from customers saying that their fault was fixed promptly and the support experience was positive. Our experienced London based team are able to resolve most queries on the first call, and are regularly acknowledged for provided a prompt and professional experience through to resolution.
