New G.Network Chairman announced.

Following the successful refinancing and transformation of the business to enable commercial growth, Ian Gray has decided to step down as Chairman having achieved his goals. Steve Andrews, an experienced TMT industry leader and current NED, will now assume the role to lead the business through its next phase.

Bob Hewson (USS) and Aurelien Roelens (Cube) would like to personally thank Ian for his significant contribution as Chairman. He played a critical role in the transformation and refinancing of the company.

Also, to further enhance the TMT Strategic and Commercial focus of the Board, I am pleased to announce that Graeme Millar will be joining the Board as a Non-Executive Director. Graeme brings with him a wealth of experience in Telecoms, having been an executive in Fixed, Mobile and IoT businesses. As CEO of Jersey Telecom (JT) he led the deployment of a 100% point to point gigabit fibre network and the development and successful sale of JT’s IoT business unit.
