G.Network successfully re-organises under ownership by FitzWalter Capital; appoints co-founder David Sangster as CEO.

G.Network, the full-fibre broadband operator serving businesses and residents in Central London, has successfully reorganised through administration, and moves forward on a debt-free, well-capitalised, growth-oriented footing. David Sangster, original co-founder of G.Network, is returning to the business as Chief Executive Officer.

G.Network's full-fibre network passes over 420,000 premises across central London, one of the world's most commercially valuable markets. Built closer to the customer than other networks, the company’s infrastructure delivers fast provisioning times and responsive service for residents, businesses, landlords MSPs and other partners.

The incoming CEO, David Sangster, has over two decades of senior leadership experience in the UK telecoms sector, and  co-founded the business. David previously held senior roles at Cable & Wireless, where he ran the UK and European Service Provider Business, and at Airwave. He returns to lead the business with deep knowledge of the network, the market, and the customer opportunity ahead.
