Will the price of my business broadband increase during the contract?
Unlike some of the big providers like BT and Virgin, G.Network customers will never be on the end of a price hike while in contract with us. That means if you join one of our broadband tariffs, you’ll be paying the same price every month throughout your contract. No unpleasant surprises, just great value, full fibre broadband.

Well, unsurprisingly, there’s a lot more to it than that, especially when it comes to making sure you’ve got the right package and support for your business broadband.
Business broadband means getting a package that is tailored to the needs of businesses of all different sizes, which can be very different to those of a regular home broadband user. It’s set up to deliver the service that is needed in workplaces like offices, where there can be hundreds of people using the internet at the same time.
What is the difference between home and business broadband?

If you’re noticing slower speeds, make sure it’s not just a temporary fault with the network, and if it isn’t, you can leave your contract early.
At G.Network, if you’re not satisfied with our service, you can leave at any time within the first 3 months of your contract with no penalties.
