Black Friday Price Promise – Terms and Conditions (B2B) 

1. Introduction 

1.1. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the operation of our Black Friday Price Promise (“Price Promise”) offered by G.Network (“We”, “Us”, “Our”) to business customers (“You”, “Your”).  

1.2. The Price Promise is made available solely to new business customers purchasing G.Network products in the course of business. 

1.3. By submitting a claim under this Price Promise, You acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms. 

1.4. All G.Network services are provided subject to the G.Network Business: Terms and Conditions, as is available on Our website. In the event of any conflict between the G.Network Business: Terms and Conditions and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.  

2. Eligibility Criteria 

To qualify for the Price Promise: 

2.1. You must be a new business customer and a UK registered limited company, sole trader, partnership or registered charity.  

2.2. The offer You have received must relate to a like-for-like full fibre (FTTP) broadband product. The following characteristics of the product(s) must be materially equivalent to G.Network’s: 

  • Download speeds: The advertised or guaranteed maximum download speed must be equivalent; 
  • Upload speeds: The advertised or guaranteed maximum upload speed must be equivalent; 
  • Service Level Agreement (SLA): The SLA for the selected service must be comparable in all material respects, including target response times, uptime commitments, and compensation mechanisms; and 
  • Contract term: The minimum contract period must be identical to the term offered by G.Network. 

2.3. The competing offer must: 

  • Be a current and verifiable written quotation from a UK-based, VAT-registered broadband provider of business connectivity or telecommunications services; 
  • Be available to You at the same service address; and 
  • Be issued between 1st November 2025 and 30th November 2025 prior to the order being placed. 

2.4. The Price Promise does not apply to: 

  • Offer prices derived from volume-based, partner, framework, or bespoke contractual arrangements; 
  • Errors, misprints, or unverifiable quotations; 
  • Offers restricted to specific organisations or purchasing groups; 
  • Add-ons (included but not limited to Fixed IP or VoiP); 
  • Services using materially different delivery technologies (e.g. Fibre-to-the-Cabinet (FTTC) and Mobile Broadband such as 3G/4G/5G); and 
  • Bundled offers including unrelated products, managed services, or hardware. 

3. Comparison Submission and Verification 

3.1. To submit a comparison, You must provide documentary evidence of the offer received to the G.Network Business Manager via email before Your order is placed with G.Network, including: 

  • A dated, itemised quotation; or 
  • A URL link to a published business tariff or price list containing all relevant details. 

3.2. Comparisons made after Your order has been placed will not be accepted. 

3.3. G.Network reserves the right to: 

  • Verify all details of the offer directly with the provider; 
  • Request additional documentation or clarification from You; and 
  • Reject any claim that, in Our sole discretion, does not meet the qualifying criteria. 

3.4. The determination of whether an offer constitutes a “like-for-like” service shall rest exclusively with G.Network. Our decision shall be final, conclusive, and binding, and G.Network will provide written reasons for any claim that is rejected within ten (10) working days of the decision.  

3.5. The compared product will be based on the total contract value to determine the average monthly cost of the product. G.Network will then provide an equivalent product and price based on the average monthly price of the compared product. 

4. Price Match Outcome 

4.1. Where a claim is validated with satisfactory proof, G.Network may:  

Match the offer’s average quoted monthly recurring charge; or 

Apply an equivalent reduction to Your G.Network service price for the same contract term. 

4.2. The price match applies only to the initial Committed Term of the relevant contract and will not extend to renewals, extensions, or subsequent orders. 

5. Exclusions and Limitations 

5.1. The Price Promise does not constitute a contractual entitlement to any discount or price adjustment and shall not give rise to any legal or equitable right to compensation. 

5.2. To the fullest extent permitted by law, G.Network shall not be liable for: 

  • Any indirect, consequential, or special loss; 
  • Loss of profit, business, revenue, or goodwill; or 
  • Any claim arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by You. 

5.3 Residential customers or existing business customers renewing their contracts are excluded from this Price Promise and Terms. 

5.4 This Price Promise cannot be used in conjunction with any other G.Network offer, additional discount or promotion.  

6. Variation and Withdrawal 

6.1. G.Network reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Price Promise at any time without prior notice. 

6.2 G.Network reserves the right to withdraw the Price Promise if We reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.  

6.3. Any claim received prior to such withdrawal will be assessed under the version of these Terms in force at the date the claim was submitted. 

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction 

7.1. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. 

7.2. The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim. 

8. Data Protection 

8.1 Your personal data will be processed in accordance with G.Network’s Privacy Notice, as is available on Our website.
