What’s Included:
- New Bill for Your New Plan: Covers charges from today to the end of the month, based on your updated plan.
- Credit Note for Your Old Plan: A credit for your previous plan’s charges from today to the month’s end.
- Original Bill for the Full Month: This reflects your old plan charges for the whole month.
Understanding your revised charges
If you’ve already paid your bill this month:
- The amount due on your Original Bill will be £0 – showing this has been paid
- The Credit Note will appear on the new bill as an “Amount Paid.”
- The amount due on the New Bill will show the outstanding charges for this month
If you haven’t paid:
- The Credit Note will appear on the Original Bill as an “Amount Paid”
- The amounts due on the New Bill and Old Bill combined show the outstanding revised charges for this month
When is payment due?
If You Pay by Direct Debit:
- If this month’s payment hasn’t been taken yet, we’ll adjust it to match the new amount and charge on your regular date.
- If the payment has already been taken (or is about to be), we’ll handle the adjustment automatically next month. Sometimes, you might see the charges split over two payments on the same day.
If You Pay by Other Methods:
- The updated charges and due dates are on the bills attached to this email.
- To pay by card: Click "View and pay online now" at the bottom of your bill. You can also set up a Direct Debit here for simpler future payments.
- To pay by bank transfer: Our bank details are in the lower left corner of the bill. Remember to include your invoice number with your payment.
