As G.Network continues its rapid expansion it is now building and expanding a dedicated Wayleave team to create, negotiate and secure Wayleaves and connectivity into the many buildings that it passes.&nbsp;&nbsp; Fibre connectivity is increasingly important to occupiers of buildings, be they residential homes or corporate premises, fast, reliable, and affordable high-speed connectivity is essential to modern productive living and working.&nbsp; This is also increasingly important to Landlords looking to market, let, or sell properties and helping them secure and maintain occupancy and add value to the occupier Landlord agreements and relationships.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
We are looking to expand the team to manage this process and are now looking for &lsquo;Wayleave&rsquo; Business Development Managers, to manage the landlord relationships, the wayleave process and to secure the building wayleaves at pace and scale.&nbsp;
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious, entrepreneurial minded, excellence driven individual to drive customer growth at one of the fastest growing telecoms companies in the UK.
 What you&rsquo;ll do: 
You will be the face of the company in your nominated territory, and responsible for building relationships with stakeholders and winning new customers.
This is a target carrying acquisition role, where high levels of activity and providing an outstanding customer experience are essential for success.&nbsp;

<li>Develop and manage a pipeline of new business</li>
<li>Create new prospects by canvassing, referrals, and meeting stakeholders</li>
<li>Assist clients and prospects in understanding their connectivity requirements</li>
<li>Be aware of and react to the competitor landscape</li>
<li>Deliver best in class relationship management</li>
</ul>

Skills, experience and qualifications: 
You'll be a high performing sales individual, ideally from the telecoms or related industry, with a demonstrable track record of performance.&nbsp; You'll need to be passionate about what you do, driven and tenacious. A prolific networker, enjoy presenting, and are self-confident and self-motivated.

<li>Experience in sales</li>
<li>Superior negotiation skills, comfortable with selling on service and not price</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills</li>
<li>Initiative to and gravitas to &lsquo;own&rsquo; your territory</li>
<li>Experience of the UK telecoms (or related industry) environment</li>
