Delivery Manager - Civils

Reporting to the Head of Build Support, The Delivery Manager is responsible for leading a team of circa 10 Civils Inspectors.

As Delivery Manager, you’ll be responsible for effective planning and monitoring of team performance, to ensure we deliver against challenging delivery targets. It’s a busy role where you’ll interface with a wide range of stakeholders across the business, as well as 3rd parties.


What you’ll do

  • Motivate and lead the team to deliver team objectives.
  • Plan and deliver civil engineering inspections in line with the business plan.
  • Understand what key performance metrics are required to deliver the business plan.
  • Report performance, forecast and set targets on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
  • Engage with key stakeholders across the business.
  • Use correct verb form to match section heading i.e. “Achieve” not “Achieving”
  • Don’t waste a single word
