Salesforce is a central component in G. Network’s software estate. It is used by every department in the business. We currently have around 275 users and are expected this to increase to around 600+ in the next 18 months. We are using a number of apps and extensions to augment core functionality as well as bespoke solutions developed inhouse.
We are looking for an experienced Certified Salesforce Administrator with deep knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem and experience working as part of a distributed team, on a highly customised Salesforce instance.
What you’ll do:
You would be working in close collaboration with other salesforce admins and developers (both local and remote), as well as business stakeholders and other software development teams. You will participate in requirement gathering, refinement and planning and prioritisation sessions. You will work with end users to provide technical support and user training, implement configuration changes and processes to support business needs and work with developers to implement more complex customisations.
Skills, experience and qualifications:
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (essential)
- Strong Requirements gathering skills with the ability to translate these into technical user stories
- Good Knowledge of Salesforce Architecture and best practices
- Expert Knowledge of Deployment Life Cycle (Build, QA, UAT)
- 3rd Party App integrations experience (Conga, Financial force)
- Stakeholder management
- Data Loader
- Manage Reports and Dashboards
- Knowing of Agile Methodologies
- Identifying risks and issues
